We can remove the ransomware itself, but encrypted files cannot usually be recovered without the encryption key. In serious ransomware cases a clean reinstall is often the best path — we'll preserve your data first where possible.
For severe infections we prefer to have the machine in the workshop so we can run offline scans. For milder issues, remote support may be possible.
