Diamond Computers couldn't have been more helpful when I had a serious problem with my laptop. They made every effort to retrieve the data and didn't charge when it proved impossible, in spite of a lot of time spent on the problem. Unfortunately, the laptop has proved beyond repair, but I know everything was done that could be done. Customer service was excellent with immediate responses to all my enquiries. They have been very helpful in wiping the data and disposal of the laptop.

Absolutely outstanding place. I am largely housebound, and even though they don't technically do delivery, Diamond Computers have made a point of doing drop offs for me twice. It really is that easy, and I wish more places were this flexible with disabled customers!
