If you’re in a hurry use the premium service. If, like me, there was no rush, then the standard service is fine. They successfully saved 17,000 tracks from my old broken down Macbook music library (which I’d stupidly never backed up - lesson learned) and transferred them onto the new laptop. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly excellent service. My business PC failed to turn on after a power surge, no local companies had any parts required in stock due to it being a proprietary power supply unit so I had to buy a new PC, I took my failed unit and the new one to Diamond and they were able to transfer everything to the new device very swiftly and I had my situation resolved before lunchtime. I will definitely use them again.
