Uncollected Repairs — 3 Month Disposal Policy
Diamond Computers will hold your device for a maximum of 3 months from the date your repair is completed or deemed uneconomical to repair.
After this period, uncollected items will be disposed of or recycled without further notice. No refund of any deposit or payment will be given for uncollected items.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact you via the email and phone number provided. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and up to date.
By proceeding you confirm you have read and understood these terms. A copy will be sent to your email address.
