  • There’s no need to wait for confirmation; you can drop off your device anytime between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday and Saturday 9M and 1pm

Note: We only fix Epson brand printers, for other devices please check with us first via Email or Phone as it may save a journey to our store

Terms and Conditions

I authorize Diamond Wholesale Ltd (trading as Diamond Computers) to take any actions they deem necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Additionally, I release Diamond Wholesale Ltd (trading as Diamond Computers) from any liability for data loss or component failures that may occur during the attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. Diamond Wholesale Ltd (trading as Diamond Computers) shall not be held responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising during or after the service of my device.

If your item is not collected within 3months we will recycle to recover costs unless agreed otherwise in writing. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you on the details provided on our booking in form, please ensure they are correct. If there are any mistakes please contact us immediately to rectify.
